Support young adults from across the UK, each with diverse stories, backgrounds, and professions, as they come together at the SRMD London Youth Festival with one common goal - to make a difference, with your generous support, to those who need it the most!

Attempting the seemingly impossible on the evening of 22nd July 2023, each one of us will be walking barefoot over a 15ft stretch of hot coals, blazing at 1200 degrees fahrenheit. We will push our physical and mental limits to conquer our fears, but more than just a personal challenge - it’s an opportunity for us to collectively make a difference and start igniting real change!

All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the following worthwhile causes (UK reg. charity 1138913):

Humanitarian Care: Providing more fresh and nutritious vegetarian meals, and energy bars to the homeless across the UK. Since January 2022 the project has distributed over

• • 28,500 meals to rough sleepers in Manchester
  • 3,000 meals to the needy in North West London
  • 25,000 snacks to rough sleepers (energy bars, puddings, fruits, biscuits etc.)

In addition to scaling up this hot meals project, your donations will be used towards production of a new jumbo nutrition bar with customised ingredients specially designed to meet the dietary needs of rough sleepers. This nutrition bar is currently being formulated with input from NHS staff, and is expected to enter production in the second half of 2023.

Education Care: Breaking the cycle of poverty by supporting education initiatives for underprivileged children and youth in India to uplift current and future generations. The charity we are supporting in rural India currently hosts 370 children in primary and secondary school and provides education, uniforms, and schooling supplies to thousands more free of cost. 

Animal Care: Enabling life saving medical treatment to injured and unwell animals in much-needed parts of rural India. This new facility will be critical for the welfare of these animals, and the wellbeing of the farming and tribal population of South Gujarat. A portion of this fundraiser will go towards building a new 150 bed animal hospital facility which will span 47,000 square feet.

• £10 will provide ten jumbo nutrition bars for rough sleepers
• £30 will provide fourteen nourishing meals for those  in need
• £50 will fund the tuition and educational supplies of an underprivileged student in India for 4 months
• £100 will sponsor necessary medical equipment in the upcoming animal hospital in rural India
